WE’RE GOING TO TRIAL AUGUST 4
POSTERS ABOUT KAM’S CASE AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD – print them and put them up in your building, neighborhood or workplace!!
Kam was charged with felony cyber-harassment by the state of New Jersey for exposing a serial rapist online. They could face up to 18 months in prison if they are convicted.
For the past two years, Kam has been dragged along to court date after court date, where they show up only to be pressured by judges and prosecutors into taking a guilty plea deal, then are told to appear again in a month or two, with no end in sight. Meanwhile, their rapist is walking free and continues to terrorize Union County, NJ. Although the pending charges have had a serious effect on Kam’s life, they have always maintained that they are innocent and have insisted at every court date that they want to take their case to trial. On May 11, after two years of delays, Kam was finally able to sign to go to trial!
Jury selection for their trial will begin August 4. Between now and then, Kam is calling on everyone who believes rapists should be punished and survivors should be defended to JOIN THEIR FIGHT!

Kam’s statement from August 2025:
I exposed my serial rapist and because of it I have been facing felony charges for a year. [Name redacted for legal reasons] of Linden, New Jersey has been targeting and abusing people in the Central Jersey area since he was a teenager. He is calculated and violent, and over 20 people have come forward with horror stories about him. When I first exposed him he would not stop calling to threaten violence against me, beg for me to take down the post, and even apologized for raping me in hopes I would give in.
He is known to push for sex and will not take “no” for an answer. When one of his victims chose to walk home in the rain rather than sit in a car with him pushing for sex, he continued to chase down and harass them to get back into the car. He has been terrorizing people for years and has been exposed many times before I came forward. After I was charged, I went through several court dates without proper legal advice before I was finally assigned a public defender. The prosecution has spent the past year pushing a plea deal on me, in which I would still be charged and be put on probation for the crime of speaking out against a serial rapist. The legal process itself is its own form of punishment, too. I’ve had to go to court almost every month and have been turned away from jobs due to my pending charges.
