Fundraising Campaign and National Expansion Plan

Dare to Struggle is expanding.

After two years of hitting the streets every week, we’ve established ourselves in New York City, standing with those facing inhumane living conditions in public housing, with those facing the scourge of police brutality, and most recently with those fighting to end the genocide in Palestine.

We’re starting a fundraising campaign to continue our growth, with a goal of raising $15,000.

We’re raising funds to sustain a full-time organizer for eight months in 2024, someone who will work every day to advance our plans for national expansion. Your donation will help make this possible.

We now have chapters in Southern California and Connecticut, and we’re working to start more.

While we’re a small organization, we believe that going to the masses is the starting point for waging political battles against the class of people ruling over the American nightmare. We think that thousands of people taking up the call of going to the masses week after week is a crucial part of how we can start to see radical changes.

We’re gearing up for a national conference in June 2024.

We’re planning to bring together our network of chapters and other organizations we’ve developed ties with. We aim to strategize how to wage struggles within sites of oppression throughout the country, grounded in our organizing methods and lessons from our successes and failures.

As we’re putting out a call for donations, we want to highlight that donations to Democrats, opportunists, and grifters are a waste of your money.

Next year, the vultures of the Democratic party will ask for your donations and to vote for their candidates and Genocide Joe. By giving a dime to these campaigns, you buy into the illusions of “democracy” in America, a country that brutally exploits people within its borders, and an empire that perpetrates genocide and destroys lives on every continent. Not even Bernie Sanders is calling for an end to US funding for Israel’s genocidal war on Gaza.

Beyond Democrats, there’s people like Robin DiAngelo, Ibram X. Kendi, and Patrisse Cullors, who have made a killing off the police killings of Black people and mass protests against police brutality, along with leftist content creators like Hasan Piker and the Chapo Trap House bros. These individuals have raked in millions by taking advantage of the genuine desire that people have to fight the brutal system we live under. (See below for more information on each individual.)

We’re not out to become best-selling authors, launch political careers, or turn “activism” into a six-figure salary.

We’re working to sink roots among oppressed people, mobilize them against their oppressors, and materialize a sense of our potential collective power. You can visit our website and scroll our social media to see what we’re doing out in the world every week.

Beyond donating, you should join Dare to Struggle or start a chapter where you live.

Our organization is a training ground for radicals and aspiring revolutionaries. It’s what you join to become a skilled agitator and learn how to lead mass meetings and protests.

Join Dare to Struggle to develop ties with the masses and dedicate yourself to genuinely serving the people. If there isn’t a chapter where you live, hit us up about starting one (we’ll be posting more resources about this soon).
