You went to a protest, now go to the masses!

This Saturday, come to our mass meeting for a presentation from Samidoun NY/NJ on the ongoing genocide in Gaza and the movement to build support for Palestinian political prisoners held in Israeli prisons. We’re planning outings to the projects, transit hubs, and Arab neighborhoods in the coming weeks to popularize Palestinian resistance to occupation and genocide among the oppressed living in NYC.
To sustain the mass upsurge in NYC in the wake of thousands killed in Gaza, we need to do more than protest. We can’t be basing our commitments on our personal desires, choosing when to pop in and out whenever we feel like it. We need to be entrenched among the oppressed in this city, mobilizing those who aren’t already and who are in sharp conflict with the system on a daily basis, whether because they get brutalized by police, have inhumane living conditions, or have been displaced from their home countries by US imperialism.
